Summary
Dispersed overlanding area near Goldfield, Nevada offering wide open desert camping with expansive views and plenty of space to spread out. The area features multiple spots to choose from, making it easy to find a setup that suits solo travelers or larger groups.
Access is via dirt roads that are generally manageable in dry conditions, with several pull-offs and open areas available for camping. The landscape is fully exposed with little to no shade, so sun exposure can be a factor, especially during warmer months.
Wild burros (donkeys) are commonly seen roaming the area, adding a unique element to the experience. This is a simple, open desert camping spot ideal for those looking for space, solitude, and a classic Nevada overlanding setting.
